We offer a 25 year guarantee on frames and springs. As we have no control on how our furniture is used in the home, it is not possible to guarantee fabrics. We may point out however, that we rarely see excessive wear on our products, even after many years of use.

We want you to love your new sofa. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund—provided the item is in its original condition and unused.
If the return is due to our error (for example, you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return, though in some cases it may take up to four weeks to appear in your account. This includes shipping time back to us, inspection, and your bank’s processing time.
