Where can I see every model you make?
We have a growing network of Showrooms that display an impressive range of Vale Bridgecraft products. Please see the ‘How to Buy’ page for more information. This website features every single range and all the individual products within each range, something that is impossible to achieve within a showroom, so if you wish to see a particular item please ring ahead to your nearest showroom to check if that particular product is on display.
Our showrooms do feature, however, all of our fabrics ranges and this extensive choice from all our suppliers are updated with frequent launches
Where is my nearest stockist?
Please visit the ‘How to Buy’ page to find your local stockist. From there you can either search for your local stockist by entering your postcode.
What is your typical delivery time?
Generally your delivery time from the date of order averages between eight to twelve weeks. This, however, depends upon the fabric availability and your retailer’s delivery arrangements to your home.
Can you re-cover my furniture?
Yes - we offer a recover service for Vale and Bridgecraft products no matter what age. Please see the ‘Re Upholstery’ page for more information.
Is there a guarantee?
We offer a 25 year guarantee on frames and springs. As we have no control on how our furniture is used in the home, it is not possible to guarantee fabrics. We may point out however, that we rarely see excessive wear on our products, even after many years of use.
Can I have any fabric on the suite?
We can produce our furniture in any of the fabric ranges we offer. Please remember however that the models with buttons and flutes in the back cushions can distort fabrics with a stripe running through them and this combination is not recommended from an aesthetic point of view
Can I request fabric samples?
Fabric samples are available through ourselves. See the ‘Request Fabric Samples’ page or call 01422 885000. Please remember slight variations in colour may occur between the fabric sample and the finished product due to then being supplied from differing batches.
Can I order extra items such as scatter cushions, fabric or cord trimming?
Extra items such as cord trimming, scatter cushions or fabric may be ordered through your retail stockist.
Can I have firmer or softer seat foam to standard?
We believe our seat cushions are a suitable sit and density for most customers. We do however recognise that some customers prefer a firmer seat and we can supply these at a small extra charge. We do not recommend softer foam seat cushions as we cannot guarantee their longevity, on certain of our ranges we offer the choice of a fibre or feather seat cushion – call 01422 885000 or visit your nearest showroom for further details.
How much do your products cost?
Please see our guide prices per range on our product selection pagesThe price of our products is determined by two factors – the fabric grade and the retail price charged by our stockists.Our fabrics are graded from 1 (lowest price) to 12 (highest price). The higher graded fabrics are more expensive due to the complexity of the pattern, manufacturing methods, and the use of more expensive raw materials. The choice of fabric and its price grade will affect the overall cost of the chair or sofa.Also, our products are sold to you via our retail partners, all of which charge differing prices – they may, for example, be in a sale period and offering further discount
Do you supply sofa beds?
